About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the front of house area. This includes greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their dining needs
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
