Responsibilities

• Run food from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding food delivery and timing.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Assist with pre-bussing during service to maintain table flow.
• Keep dining areas, service stations, and walkways clean and organized.
• Support servers and bartenders as needed during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
