About the role

You will be the ambassador of our locally sourced, made-from-scratch ethos. Your role is pivotal in providing a top-notch guest experience by serving and discussing our seasonal menus with passion. You'll ensure that every meal is not only delicious but also served with consistency, precision, and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting the seasonality and origin of ingredients, while delivering meals that delight our guests.
• Expand your culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from our team of skilled chefs.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality that makes each guest feel valued, ensuring meticulous attention to dining spaces, to-go orders, and the coordination of deliveries.
• Engage with diners proactively, anticipating their needs and making their visit memorable.
• Serve as a passionate storyteller for our seasonal selections, the local farms, and the farmers we partner with.
• Efficiently manage a variety of tasks and remain active in the kitchen for prolonged periods.
• (Note: Physical tasks include lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with accommodations available if needed.)
• Uphold the rigorous food safety standards of both the health department and Naked Farmer.
• End each day with a sense of accomplishment, knowing you contribute to a grander vision of a sustainable food system.
