About the role

The Olive Branch is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. The position involves ensuring the smooth operation of the current restaurant and managing the transition of a new team for their upcoming second restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant
• Lead and motivate the existing and new teams
• Upsell products and services to customers
• Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years restaurant service experience
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Exceptional upselling skills
• Work well in a team
• Good communication skills
