Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth running.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Less than 20 hours currently.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock of food supplies and other essentials.
- Screen, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff.
- Manage staff work schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
