Key Responsibilities
- You will ensure our hotel's bistro/restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Your daily tasks will include supervising bistro staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- You will report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager.
Education & Experience
- Hotel experience is always a plus!
- Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
