Essential Job Functions
- Opening and closing areas and/or events.
- Monitor servers and bus persons adherence to all service standards.
- Serve as a leader on shift and help ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
- Respond promptly to resolve any guest concerns.
- Absorb and communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
- Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up.
- Check service stands and aisle areas.
- Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up.
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
Requirements
- Open availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor requirements.
