Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Manage employee schedules, breaks, and shift assignments.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste where possible.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Ensure company policies and service standards are consistently followed.

Requirements

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and flexible.
