Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description

Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.

Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.

Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed
  • Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
