About the role
The 21c Cincinnati Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of managing a high-volume restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Valid Ohio Food Handlers Card
Qualifications
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience with food safety and sanitation protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
Skills
