About the Role

One Prime is an upscale steakhouse featuring premium cuts, excellent wine, panoramic lake views, a corner bar with outdoor access, and two reservable private dining rooms for special events. Blue Jack is a chic, intimate cocktail lounge & speakeasy featuring appetizers, dessert, and craft cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties
• Work as a member of the restaurant management team

Requirements

• 2+ years of current full service restaurant kitchen manager experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred
