Responsibilities
- Lead a high-functioning BOH team
- Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure DOH standards are always followed
- Execute to the highest culinary standards
- Order products and schedule labor within budget
- Form and lead a strong BOH team
- Organize, prioritize, and anticipate tasks
- Communicate effectively and have a good sense of humor
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
Qualifications
- Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute to the highest standards
- Thorough knowledge of food handling practices
- Understanding of financial implications of operational decisions
