Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-functioning BOH team
  • Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Ensure DOH standards are always followed
  • Execute to the highest culinary standards
  • Order products and schedule labor within budget
  • Form and lead a strong BOH team
  • Organize, prioritize, and anticipate tasks
  • Communicate effectively and have a good sense of humor

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute to the highest standards
  • Thorough knowledge of food handling practices
  • Understanding of financial implications of operational decisions
  • Basic computer and written communication skills
