About the role
Responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and service standards are met, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve operational goals
- Ensure all food items meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing feedback
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Participate in shift planning and scheduling
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those who drive company vehicles)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
