Restaurant Shift Supervisor

About the role

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the San Diego Airport, including local favorites like Panda Express, Qdoba, Jack in the Box, Peet’s Coffee, and many more. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the first step into management, ensuring our standards are consistently achieved by our team of Food Travel Experts. You will provide the best customer service to our guests and exemplify our Passion Principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
• Provide support, coaching, and direction to the team to deliver business goals
• Other duties as assigned
