About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a successful shift by managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth service.
  • Support, coach, and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
  • Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient service and strong results.
  • Owning open, mid, or close routines and preparing the next shift for success.
  • Recognize and celebrate team members' contributions and shift wins.
  • Communicate clearly with the team and address issues promptly.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
  • Ability to lead and support both front- and back-of-house operations.
  • Positive attitude and energy, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
  • Physical ability to perform routine restaurant tasks, including standing for long periods.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Skills

  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Customer service and hospitality experience.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

USD $14.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
