Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours
• Support and coach team members to improve performance
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results
• Setting up the next shift for success and recognizing team members for their contributions
• Communicating clearly with the team and addressing issues promptly
• Maintaining food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Performing physical tasks as required, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency
• Physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay

USD $14.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on business needs, typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours per day.
