What Would You Do?
- Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Coach, develop, and motivate crew members to perform their best
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Ensure food quality, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Maintain operational standards and create a positive culture
- Support inventory management and proper product handling
- Aid in training and onboarding new team members
- Communicate effectively with fellow managers to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Help achieve restaurant goals for service, operations, and profitability
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture
What We're Looking For
- Enjoy coaching and developing others
- Lead by example with a positive attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be dependable, organized, and able to make decisions under pressure
- Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
