What Would You Do?

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Coach, develop, and motivate crew members to perform their best
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
• Ensure food quality, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Maintain operational standards and create a positive culture
• Support inventory management and proper product handling
• Aid in training and onboarding new team members
• Communicate effectively with fellow managers to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Help achieve restaurant goals for service, operations, and profitability
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture

What We're Looking For

• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Be dependable, organized, and able to make decisions under pressure
• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
