Reports to: Restaurant Manager Primary Purpose: Responsible for providing food and beverage service to customers in the Winner's Circle Restaurant or Jockey Club.

Responsibilities
- Prepare table settings and side stations in assigned area prior lo opening.
- Greet customers, present menus, inform customers of daily specials or buffet offerings, make suggestions, answer questions and take beverage orders.
- Process food and beverage orders In POS system.
- Pick up and serve beverage orders from service bar to customers properly and in a timely manner.
