Restaurant Server - full time NO nights NO weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough, detail-focused residential cleaning using our Detail-Clean Rotation System
• Clean assigned homes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Drive company vehicle between client homes (cleaning, driving, and prep time all paid)

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service (e.g., restaurant serving) and a willingness to learn housecleaning
• Thorough, careful, and detail-oriented approach
• Consistent work ethic and patience with clients and teammates
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move safely around homes

Benefits

• Competitive starting pay: $19.00/hour (all hours paid: cleaning, driving, prep)
• Weekly earnings: $700–$775+ (before taxes) based on 34–38+ hours plus ~$50/week in tips
• Pay on Demand: access wages as soon as 1 day after you work
• Guaranteed minimum 33 hours/week
• No nights or weekends; daily start at 7:45 AM; typical finish around 4:15–5:15 PM (later on peak days)
• More paid days off than typical jobs: immediate vacation accrual, 6 sick days/year, paid holidays after 6 months
• One-year employees receive 17 paid days per year; five-year employees receive 25 paid days per year
