Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, describe daily features, and answer questions about food, beverages, and resort offerings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and ensure orders are correct.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections, service stations, and overall restaurant areas.
- Assist team members with side duties including restocking, polishing glassware, and setting tables.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and resort service standards.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and resort events as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beverages preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
