Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive; check guests in to reservation system
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with our guests
• Assign guests to tables using the reservation system
• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables as needed during high volume times
• Attend pre-shift meeting to review/communicate information regarding service, VIPs, specials
• Engage with guests while they are waiting for their table to create a welcoming environment
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner
• Answer guest questions about restaurant history, current wait times, and more
• Maintain a positive guest experience with effective communication of all guest recovery situations while documenting such occurrences to the MOD
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or instructed by management
• Assist and support team members as necessary
• Perform other related duties as directed by the Bar Manager, FOH Managers, General Manager, or Corporate Office
• Consistent productivity

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Must have a positive attitude
• 1 year of customer service experience
