About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with ordering
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems
