Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain clean and organized dining spaces that meet brand standards.
• Manage multiple tables or tasks simultaneously while keeping guests satisfied.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, or promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management for seamless service.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards, representing the hotel brand appropriately.
• Process payment transactions and use point‑of‑sale systems efficiently.
• Prepare meals to order, follow recipes, and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety, storage, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain consistency in portion sizes, plate presentation, and flavor profiles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
