Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Absorb guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- 2+ years previous serving experience in a high-end restaurant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Food Handler and RBS certifications
