About the role

The Restaurant Reservationist is an integral part of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring a seamless dining experience by efficiently managing reservations and prioritizing guest needs with a gracious touch.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record guests' restaurant reservations in person, via phone, or through OpenTable while adhering to Auberge Resorts Collection standards.
• Assign reservations based on guest requests and knowledge of restaurant operations and business flow.
• Ensure menus are up-to-date, clean, and free of marks.
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu and all related items.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Prior experience in a luxury setting and knowledge of food and wine is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on department needs.

Pay

$19.00–$20.00 per hour. Individual salaries will be determined based on experience and education.
