About the role
Responsible for coordinating operational requirements and providing functional support for one or more restaurant brands, including managing brand growth strategies to include restaurant openings/closures, and providing ongoing operational support to ensure seamless execution and brand compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Exchange and franchisors.
- Ensure worldwide compliance with brand standards, review and coordinate franchise agreements, validate construction, equipment, and contracting requirements, and communicate franchisor-directed operational changes to stakeholders to support successful brand operations and growth.
- Conduct and coordinate training activities before, during, and after openings to support operational readiness, brand compliance, and franchise success.
- Monitor and analyze restaurant development projects by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to support effective execution.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and advertising placement for Limited Time Offers (LTOs) in partnership with designated franchisors to drive brand awareness and business performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned restaurant brands by tracking profitability, industry benchmarks, key performance indicators, and brand standards.
- Coordinate corrective actions and provide operational support to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in hotel/restaurant management with two (2) years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
- Or Bachelor's and three (3) years of experience in hotel/restaurant management with two (2) years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hotel/Restaurant Management.
Work arrangement
Onsite at Exchange HQ, Dallas, TX. Remote/telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In-Person Work.” PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.
Pay
Minimum $72,064.00
