The Ciola family has been serving authentic Italian‑American food since 1949, and the Beer Garden features family recipes and New York‑style pizza baked in original coal‑fired ovens.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will support restaurant operational objectives, delivering on promises to team members, guests, vendors, and the community to drive sales and profits. This position offers the opportunity to help build a growing company, be heard by owners, and work with a dedicated support team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in a high‑volume, full‑service environment with a full bar.
• Ensure operational excellence and uphold the company’s standards of hospitality.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining quality service.
• Manage and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy work culture.
• Maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
• Utilize computer systems (Excel, Windows, POS) for reporting and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant with a full bar.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, Windows, and POS systems.
• Results‑driven, trustworthy, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and focus on operational excellence.
• Physical ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 25 lb.
