We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll primarily lead front-of-house operations, support and develop your team, and help deliver the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
- Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
- Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices
- Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
- Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods

Pay
Competitive pay $48,000 - $60,000 based on experience, with a clear path as your impact grows.
The Pay Range For This Role Is 48,000 - 58,000 USD per year (Perkins 3762 Lewisburg, PA).
Schedule
A standard 48-hour work week with flexible scheduling options.
