Restaurant Manager - Louisville, KY

About the role

Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager for our Louisville, KY location. This role involves leading front-of-house operations, managing staff, and ensuring food, service, sanitation, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of all front of house employees
• Complete opening and closing paperwork
• Receive and submit invoices
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with all staff
• Monitor payroll, create reports, and submit payroll
• Audit safe and cash drawers
• Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation, and safety standards are met
• Calculate, prepare, and drop off bank deposits
• Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
• Set and maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Complete and monitor bar inventory and ordering
• Write and monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
• Assist in the development of employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
