About the role
Join Pappas Restaurants and immerse yourself in the Restaurant Management College Internship Program. Over a 10‑week period you will rotate through various restaurant roles, engage directly with leadership, and gain hands‑on experience in shift setup, transition, closure, performance management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must be a college junior or senior during the internship
- Must provide a letter of recommendation from a professor
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field; preferably Hospitality, Business, or Communications) or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Restaurant experience required
