What To Expect Our internship follows anapprentice-style model, giving you hands-on exposure to every part of restaurant operations. You’ll rotate through key staff-level roles to build a strong foundation in service and daily operations, while also shadowing managers to understand higher-level responsibilities. This immersive experience is designed to help you see what it’s like to be a leader at Hillstone — and to prepare you for a potentialfull-time Management role after graduation. Details Duration:Summer 2027Placement:Interns are placed based on best fit across our restaurants nationwide (relocation flexibility required).Compensation:Average of$1,000/week, with variation depending on location.Experience:Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required — passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic are what we value most.
