Restaurant Manager Daytime Only

Daytime restaurant management shift only—get your life back and stop working nights! The Turning Point is an award-winning daytime-only restaurant with hours between 7:30 AM and 3 PM, offering employees a better work-life balance and the ability to be home in time for dinner every night.

About the Role

Our comprehensive managerial training program includes weekly and biweekly follow-ups with upper management and HR to ensure a positive experience. After training, you will be placed in a restaurant with operational control, supported by your District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of one shift
• Work alongside front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff
• Conduct one full inventory per period
• Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for performance-based compensation
• Use fully implemented technology solutions to assist in your role
• Consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members
• Ensure equity and equality for all
• Present and develop growth opportunities for team members
• Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish

Requirements

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team
• Work effectively in partnerships
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Schedule

• Day shifts only (7:30 AM to 3 PM)
• Available to work on holidays and weekends
• Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits

Pay

Compensation range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, with the ability to earn more through 13 performance-based bonus payments.
