The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY restaurant with restaurant hours between 7:30am to 3pm. This allows employees to have a better balance between work and life.

Manager Information & Responsibilities

Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3
Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
Conduct one full inventory for each period.
Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
• Work effectively in partnerships
• Professional verbal & written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Schedule

Day shifts only
Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits

Compensation Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
