Manager Information & Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift.
• No close / open shifts for our managers.
• Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
• Full implementation of technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.
• Consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members.

• Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members.
• Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for our guests from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
• Work effectively in partnerships.
• Professional verbal & written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.

Schedule

• Day shifts only.
• Available to work on Holidays and Weekends.
• Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits.

Supplemental Pay

• 13 performance-based bonus payments.

Compensation Range

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
