Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective operations
- Providing high food quality and cleanliness standards
- Engaging in team member training and development
- Reviewing financial information
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Motivating our team to provide excellent customer service
- Filling in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
- Ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
- A passion for hospitality
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Food Manager Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred
