Responsibilities

Restaurant Managers regularly work no more than 50 hours per week with 2 days off. They consistently enjoy one weekend off per month. Vacation and flex time (up to 3 weeks paid time off within the first year) are available. An Employee Assistance Program supports work-life balance. Qualifications

  • Experience managing a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees
  • Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

Restaurant Managers receive competitive base salary and quarterly bonus eligibility. Weekly pay with strong benefits that matter.
