Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding hospitality and high-quality service. The role involves overseeing both the front and back of the house, balancing service standards with efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations for both Front of House and Back of House, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff, motivating and guiding your team to deliver superior service.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.
  • Regularly evaluate food quality and service, researching and implementing improvements and sourcing new vendors as needed.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and development, providing constructive feedback and training to enhance team productivity.
  • Forecast and manage inventory needs, including goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce sanitation and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
  • Enhance the restaurant’s image and reputation, suggesting and implementing strategies to boost community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create and analyze detailed reports on revenue, expenses, and other key performance metrics.
  • Promote the restaurant through local events and community engagement, leveraging word-of-mouth and social media to reach a broader audience.
  • Implement and uphold policies and protocols to ensure ongoing operational success and a consistently high standard of hospitality.

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
