Responsibilities

  • Setting and achieving restaurant goals with the help of a leader
  • Leading a team of Department Managers to set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction
  • Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
  • A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review experience
  • Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants
