Responsibilities

  • Select and train the best talent in the community, creating high performing teams throughout the restaurant.
  • Maintain an active floor presence to uphold management expectations and ensure flawless guest experiences.
  • Drive shift profitability by managing key metrics.
  • Utilize Earls' selection, development and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience.
  • Develop and implement collaborative action plans with the leadership team to drive improved business results.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry required.
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills to actively develop the next generation of high-performing leaders within the organization.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging culture for your team members and guests.
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams.
  • The ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
