What You Will Be Doing
- Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
- Absorb responsibility for ensuring the restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates.
- Check that all equipment is in working order.
- Visually inspect and take action to ensure that facilities in the restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests.
- Follow up on work orders so repairs and maintenance of the facility are completed on a timely basis.
- Maintain oversight of product quality and guest satisfaction in the restaurant.
- Ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in the outlet.
- Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supplies to ensure restaurants are stocked with linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments, in order to provide service.
- Comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Participate in marketing efforts of restaurants, create menu ideas, survey competition, and report food trends, and assist in preparations of specials.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or 3 years in a supervisory role in a fine dining restaurant.
- Food manager and tips (or equivalent certifications).
- Excellent leadership, communications, and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the Food and Beverage operations.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Technical/other training or better.
- Better behaviors such as Team Player, Leader, Detail Oriented, Functional Expert.

What Is Required
The anticipated compensation range for the position is $27 to $31.00 an hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc.
