About the role

At Cracker Barrel, we take pride in our hospitality and the moments we create together. As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you'll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Work holidays and weekends as needed
• Lead by example, demonstrating a caring attitude and dedication to hospitality
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English
