About the role
As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
Responsibilities
- Combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences.
- Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
- Work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
- Work holidays and weekends as needed.
- Have home office support available 24/7.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluent in English.
