Responsibilities
- Work on marketing initiatives with our marketing department
- Maintain SOP concerning sales and expenses
- Lead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and grow
- Oversight of all facility maintenance and repairs
- Ensure new team members are properly onboarded
- Oversight of all beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goals
- Oversight of overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goals
- Implementation, oversight, and maintenance of all policies
- Full P & L management. Responsibility for overseeing budgets, forecasting, and profitability
Qualifications
- Restaurant manager experience
- Desire to build a career with a growing company
