Starting salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually plus a monthly training incentive of $1,500. Pay varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Monthly incentives after training depend on restaurant profitability.

The physical work environment includes a fast-paced kitchen (requiring extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending), customer interaction, and both indoor and outdoor work in varied temperatures. Responsibilities involve handling food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products, and necessary physical activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant, including forecasting, budgeting, and profit and loss management.
- Maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws.
- Hire, terminate, and manage status changes and payroll for management-level crewmembers.
- Create crewmember work and training schedules.
- Develop management-level crewmembers, including performance management.
- Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements; develop and execute strategies for financial and operational performance.
- Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
- Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action.
- Deploy crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service.
- Utilize the reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, timeclock overrides).
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance.
- Maintain training restaurant status and achieve performance metrics in crewmember and operations.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple changing priorities.
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Skilled in problem recognition, goal setting, planning, and execution.
- Able to measure performance objectively and subjectively with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Able to work varied shifts (days, evenings, weekends) and travel for work-related functions and training.
- Manage public dealings professionally, acting as a brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant.
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
- New restaurant opening and local marketing experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
