About the role
M.L.Rose is a growing hospitality group with three brands. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure consistent food and beverage experiences, and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and ensure profitability
- Ensure every guest has a food and beverage experience consistent with our standards
- Learn about the wonderful world of craft beer
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Write schedules and manage labor
- Handle inventory and order supplies
- Budget and forecast
- Coach and develop staff
- Bar Managers get to choose beer for our rotating tap program
Requirements
- Prior restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations
- Leadership skills
- Team management skills
- Passion for craft beer
- Commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
Qualifications
- Experience with bar management
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
