Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Food production and operation of the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to maintain quality food, recipes, and cleanliness.
• Oversee the restaurant’s operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
