About the role
We are seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team at Golden Corrlar®. We hire managers who embody our Caring Culture, focusing on guest satisfaction and personal/professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Food production and operation of the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to maintain quality food, recipes, and cleanliness.
- Oversee the restaurant’s operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
Requirements
- Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
- Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
