Restaurant Host / Hostess (FT)- DTW Airport

At SSP America, our Hosts are one of our most important customer service roles. Our restaurant portfolio in the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport includes Buddy's Pizza, Chili's, Max & Erma's, Sora Japanese Cuisine, Coffey Beanery, and more.

Responsibilities

• Make our guests' days by providing excellent customer service.
• Process orders quickly and accurately, and enter them into the POS system.
• Receive payment from customers and process change.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure the work area is clean throughout the day.
• Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
• Other tasks as assigned.
