Our restaurant portfolio in the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport includes Buddy's Pizza, Chili's, Max & Erma's, Sora Japanese Cuisine, Coffey Beanery, & more! At SSP America, our Hosts are one of our most important customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Making our guests' days!
• Providing excellent customer service
• Processing orders quickly and accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and service standards daily
• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
• Receive payment from the customer and process change
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day
• Clean equipment and utensils, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean
• Other tasks as assigned
