Responsible for greeting and seating customers, managing table assignments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers promptly
- Manage table assignments and reservations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Support servers with food and beverage service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
