About the role

Join SSP America as the Restaurant General Manager for The Palm Steakhouse at JFK Terminal 4 Airport, overseeing a full‑service restaurant with bar in a high‑volume, fast‑paced airport environment. You will lead the full restaurant operation, collaborate with airport authorities, coach a diverse team, and make decisions that drive guest experience, financial results, and team culture.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting & business planning

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as a Full‑Service Restaurant w/ bar General Manager level experience
• Experience managing in a unionized labor environment
• Strong financial and operational skills
• Ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑priority environments
• Experience leading diverse teams
• Mindset geared toward service, coaching, and accountability
• Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools

Pay

$80,000 base salary + Potential Quarterly Bonus + Year‑End Super Bonus
